The rapid development of information and communication technology, Google Translate has become a tool that used often in education, especially to help student written assignments. This study aims explore the impact using on high school students' writing abilities. research uses mixed methods including, quantitative with quasi-experimental design questionnaire measure perceptions how much skills. Quantitative Independent Samples T-test assess differences ability between groups who use those do not. In the era of rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer) emerges as a pivotal tool reshaping educational landscapes. This research, based on self-determination theory, investigates how influences motivation and academic performance 35 seventh-semester English education students. Utilizing mixed methods, it contrasts experiences 25 users with those 10 non-users. The quantitative analysis demonstrates notably higher levels GPAs among (with mean score 44.88 GPA 3.63) compared to non-users 17.60 3.06). ChatGPT has significantly impacted various educational sectors, including English-medium instruction (EMI). This study explores perceptions of Saudi medical students at the University Bisha on integrating into their EMI coursework, focusing particularly its influence comprehension and application terminology in English. Employing a descriptive research design, this collected data from 54 using both quantitative qualitative methods. Data collection was facilitated through questionnaire administered via Google Forms, with responses analyzed statistically SPSS qualitatively thematic analysis. Results indicate positive student reception towards ChatGPT, role enhancing understanding These findings suggest substantial pedagogical benefits, proposing that meticulous integration could improve education.
