This research aims to analyze the role of madrasa heads in realizing independent learning inclusive schools madrasah. study uses a case study-type qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. analysis is circularly, from data reduction presentation conclusion. The main findings this include changes teaching methods that more inclusive, use digital resources expand access education, development collaborative supports learner-centred learning. results show madrasah adopt information technology can increase accessibility Islamic education for various levels society by providing technological infrastructure, increasing human resource capacity, implementing continuous evaluation. provides implications regarding importance approaches "Merdeka Belajar/Freedom Learning" vision sector broadly.

This research aims to explore the factors that contribute increasing competitive advantage of educational institutions through implementing an effective governance system. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used in this research. The location MI Gedanganak and SD Hj. Isriati Moenadi, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. This study examines school principals' strategies to improve human resource management quality based on a humanistic perspective. research uses descriptive qualitative. the systematic literature review method describe facts, data, and information obtained from studies, books, journals results related topics. Inclusive education, as a matter of policy, in addition to making education accessible all, is intended foster diverse and nurturing learning environment for learners with disabilities. This study explores English Foreign Language (EFL) teaching approaches 15-year-old eighth-grade student cerebral palsy at Unidad Educativa 11 de Noviembre, Machachi, Canton Mejia. Qualitative data collection involved surveys teachers who had worked Juanito (a pseudonym), along insights from professionals supporting Juanito, including Ministry Education psychologist Findings reveal thrives collaborative settings but prone distractions, occasionally disrupting class. He generally enjoys group activities sometimes prefers one-on-one instruction, posing instructional challenges. The student’s motivation energy levels are also affected by seizure medication. Data showed strategies include individual, paired, activities, the integration technology. However, their success can be contingent on emotional state. These results emphasize urgent need educational institutions allocate resources develop infrastructure conducive inclusive EFL class, accommodating needs students Future research avenues longitudinal studies, comparative analyses across different settings, inclusion family perspectives, exploration assistive technologies, assessment teacher training programs, policy impact evaluations education.
