This study aims to examine the direct and indirect links between behavioral biases investor’s investment decisions via mediating role of risk perception through structural equation modeling. The is conducted among individual investors who are engaged in for several years Pakistan Stock Exchange. College lecturers’ wellbeing is critical to the effective management and functioning of colleges, this criticality amplified when lecturers assume senior lecturer (SL) positions in leadership. In Jamaica, some perceive their college leaders are insufficiently attentive wellbeing. This qualitative research utilized semi-structured interviews investigate how six felt about inattentiveness The findings indicated several feelings they experienced resulting from response insufficiency leaders’ treatment wellbeing, two categories – emotional occupational. Despite the challenges facing small economies, leadership research has given scant attention to leaders’ behaviour in those countries during crises. Using seemingly paradoxical domains of paternalistic theory: authoritarian, benevolent and moral leader behaviour, together with concepts like populism from political science domain, we analyse how Sri Lanka’s ‘strongman’ President provided a façade first phase COVID-19 pandemic.
