Contagious viruses’ corollaries and deterioration of quality education in developing countries: an integrated model of artificial intelligence (AI) awareness and remote working

Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
provide
the
integrated
model
with
artificial
intelligence
(AI)
awareness
for
betterment
of
higher
education
system
in
crisis
i.e.
fear
contagious
viruses
(different
kinds
flu,
monkeypox,
chickenpox,
COVID-19,
etc.)
corollaries
developing
nations
where
quality
depends
on
teachers’
commitment,
stress
and
turnover
intention.
Design/methodology/approach
empirical
investigation
employs
a
self-administered
survey
distributed
among
faculty
members
within
institutions
(HEIs)
Punjab
province
Federal
Capital
Territory
(FCT)
Islamabad,
Pakistan.
The
final
sample
622
was
collected
through
convenience
sampling,
structural
equation
modeling
performed
SmartPLS
assess
proposed
model.
Findings
study
reveals
that
remote
work
significantly
enhances
organizational
commitment
while
concurrently
lowering
Conversely,
perceived
negatively
impacts
but
positively
influences
Organizational
partially
mediates
between
intention
exhibited
no
mediation
Notably,
AI
moderate
amplify
both
working
respectively.
Research
limitations/implications

AI-mediated
social
exchange
