This study analyses future trends in lifelong learning the Peruvian context. Using DeflyCompass model, an artificial intelligence tool, main affecting evolution of postgraduate studies were identified, including impact generative AI on personalisation education, transformation work and growth Generation Z as key players educational environment. The methodology applied combines a mixed qualitative quantitative approach, based opinion experts—45 participants from seven public/private universities Peru—the technique semantic projections, use generalist search engines specialised databases, other digital management resources such Google Scholar profile analysis online marketing campaign design tools. In particular, total 150 scientific papers 300 articles sources analysed. approach made it possible to select, analyse quantify higher education Peru assess their potential development graduate schools, specifically case Pontificia Universidad Católica de Perú (PUCP). results highlight importance adapting new demands, adoption AI, adaptation personalised integration technologies enhance personal professional students.
