Anti-inflammatory medications such as salicylic acid and acetaminophen are the most prescribed drugs in world that could be found wastewater. Separation of these from aqueous media has an economic environmental impact. Recently, there been considerable interest utilizing two-phase systems (ATPSs) containing biocompatible ionic liquids (ILs) for extraction various substances due to their low cost easy formation, while finding green materials form is challenging. Therefore, this work, phase diagram novel ATPSs composed two betaine-based ILs, betaine hexyl ester bromide [BH]Br octyl [BO]Br, phosphate salts (K3PO4 K2HPO4) have investigated at 298.15 K atmospheric pressure (≈85 kPa). The experimental binodal data were correlated by using empirical nonlinear three-parameter expression developed Merchuk. Then, Setschenow-type equation NRTL model employed establish correlations tie-lines. Ionic liquids (ILs) are salts with poorly coordinated ions, allowing them to exist in a liquid phase below 100 °C or at room temperature. Therefore, they best described as temperature ionic (RTILs). Due their flexible properties and several distinctive characteristics, such high conductivity, solvation power, thermal stability, low volatility, recyclability, ILs have been extensively used chemical industries. addition various other applications, also hold potential for drug formulation development. can be solubility enhancers, permeability stabilizers, targeted delivery inducers, stealth property providers, bioavailability enhancers. Moreover, significant vaccine formulation. Many new vaccines pipeline different types antigens; however, existence only limited number adjuvants hinder use. Thus, developing new, highly effective, low-cost adjuvant preparations is central interest among scientists. With unique biological functions, promising candidates vaccines.
