mechanisms

tumorigenesis

understood.

study,
we
identified
significantly
elevated
expression
levels
of
AKR1B1
GC
tissues
through
quantitative
polymerase
chain
reaction
(qPCR)
and
western
blotting
assays.
Furthermore,
negative
correlation
was
established
between
patient
survival
probability
levels.
Functionally,
our
experiments,
including
colony
formation,
transwell
migration,
xenograft
assays,
demonstrated
that
depletion
inhibited
proliferation
progression
