Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a highly aggressive hematologic malignancy with poor prognosis for patients. Disulfidptosis response-related long non-coding RNAs (DRLs) have been demonstrated to be closely associated cancer development. Therefore, this study aims construct prognostic DRL signature and investigate the immune microenvironment AML. RNA-seq clinical data AML patients were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database.
