Lesão Renal Aguda (LRA) é comum em pacientes graves internados UTI, e a evolução para Terapia Substitutiva (TRS) considerada fator prognóstico negativo relação à sobrevida. O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral identificar o perfil clínico dos admitidos na UTI um Hospital Público Distrito Federal com diagnóstico COVID -19 evoluíram LRA necessidade TRS. From the first reports of SARS-CoV-2, at end 2019 to present, global mortality associated with COVID-19 has reached 6,952,522 deaths as reported by World Health Organization (WHO). Early intubation and mechanical ventilation can increase survival rate critically ill patients. This prospective study was carried out on 885 patients in ICU Mureș County Clinical Hospital, Romania. After applying inclusion exclusion criteria, a total 54 were included. Patients monitored during hospitalization 6-month follow-up. We analyzed relationship between invasive (IMV) non-invasive (NIMV) radiological changes thoracic CT scans performed follow-up found no significant association. Abstract Preeclampsia (PE) is a serious, unpredictable hypertensive disorder of pregnancy present in around 8–10% all pregnancies resulting high rate maternal and fetal morbidity mortality. Regarding COVID-19 infection, Bulgaria has one of the lowest rates vaccination in Europe, and its COVID-19-related mortality rate been highest European Union. Chronic kidney disease (CKD)-COVID-19 patients are at higher risk developing acute injury (AKI) death after hospital admission. This single-center prospective cohort study from included 120 in-patient subjects whom 70 had CKD 50 normal renal function. Acute kidney injury (AKI) is associated with impaired outcomes in critically ill COVID-19 patients. However, the prognostic significance of early AKI poorly described. We aimed to determine whether on admission intensive care unit (ICU) and its development within first 48 h predict need for renal replacement therapy (RRT) increased mortality. An analysis 372 patients pneumonia requiring mechanical ventilation without advanced chronic disease from 2020 2021 was performed.
