Oxidative stress, inflammatory response, and gut-liver axis dysbiosis have been suggested as the primarily involved in pathogenesis of alcoholic liver injury. Previous research established that yeast extract (YE) has antioxidant, immune-boosting or microbiota-regulating properties. However, there is currently lack information regarding efficacy YE on This study seeks to obtain data will help address this gap using a Wistar male rat experimental model. Histologic biochemical analysis results showed groups treated with both low-dose (YEL) high-dose (YEH) had lower degrees alcohol-induced The abundance Peptococcus Ruminococcus reduced group, while , Romboutsia, Parasutterella Faecalibaculum group. Furthermore, Spearman gut microbes were significantly associated several liver-related indicators. For differential metabolites enriched pathways YEL lysophosphatidylcholine (16:0/0:0) increased, then levels histamine, adenosine 5′ -adenine nucleotide remarkedly elevated YEH These findings suggest high low doses can different protective effects injury disease (ALD) rats, addition improving microbiota disorder. Besides, found be more effective than metabolic regulation, well dealing oxidative stress responses.

Inulin may be a promising therapeutic molecule for treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). However, the underlying mechanisms of its activity remain unclear. To address this issue, high-fat-diet-induced NAFLD mouse model was developed and treated with inulin. The phenotype evaluated via histopathological analysis biochemical parameters, including serum levels alanine aminotransferase, aspartate triglycerides, etc. A metabolomics study conducted using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled tandem mass spectrometry. results revealed that inulin mitigated symptoms such as changes cholesterol levels. Through study, 347 differential metabolites were identified between control groups, 139 groups. Additionally, 48 (such phosphatidylserine, dihomo-γ-linolenic acid, L-carnitine, 13-HODE) candidate targets subjected to pathway enrichment analysis. these enriched in several metabolic pathways acid biosynthesis cardiolipin biosynthesis. Taken together, our suggest might attenuate partially by modulating their correlated pathways, constituting information help us find novel therapies NAFLD.
