The IT industry is rapidly evolving, and to compete, the development process must be optimized by eliminating reducing costs. There are many methods optimize software process. In our research, we decided turn other areas and, based on their experience, try identify possible problems in ways solve them. We have built much of research around book "Black Box Thinking" [25].
