The teaching-learning of the psychological discipline involves teacher-student interactions, which are structured under different criteria didactic performance in various practices teaching. present research was conducted interbehavioral model that includes seven teacher and six student performance. Forty-nine regular teachers 541 students from Faculty Psychology a public university Lima participated. answered an online self-assessment questionnaire about their on criteria, also criteria. results showed significant but negative correlations between teacher's Illustration Evaluation with all students' performances, positive relationship Didactic Planning performances. Likewise, it found self-assessed significantly predicted by level studies subject is taught (basic or initial, intermediate advanced), Planning, Competence Exploration, Evaluation, experience teaching psychology.
