This study investigated the effects of glucose (GLU), tapioca starch (TS), gelatinized (GTS), potato (PS) and (GPS) on growth physiological responses in juvenile largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides. After 8 weeks, fish fed with diets had better weight gain rates. Counts red blood cells monocytes were increased PS GPS groups, compared to GLU group. Contents serum triglyceride total cholesterol markedly elevated TS, groups. There lower levels glucose, insulin cholecystokinin, higher agouti-related peptide contents group could enhance glycolysis TCA cycle by increasing their enzyme activities transcriptional levels. Additionally, sources heightened mRNA key genes involved respiratory electron transport chain. antioxidant shown TS GTS Moreover, promote immunity upregulating complement system, lysozyme hepcidin. Taken together, exhibited via GLU, improve immune capacities bass.

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of enzyme-hydrolyzed black soldier fly (BSF) on growth performance, antioxidant capacity, hepatointestinal morphology, feeding and its related genes expression spotted sea bass (Lateolabrax maculatus). diets were supplemented with 0% (CK), 2.5% (BSF2.5), 5% (BSF5) enzymatic hydrolysis squid visceral power (SVP5), an initial weight (11.70 ± 0.6) fed experimental feeds for 8 weeks. results showed that WG, SGR BSF2.5 significantly higher than others. BSF increased TRY, LPS activity in intestine bass. Histological observation villus height group other groups, structure liver cells clear, arranged regularly, without obvious pathological changes. Moreover, total food intake 17.7% 13% CK SVP5 respectively levels appetite-related receptor such as LEPR, POMC, IP3R T1R1 changed groups BSF5. These provide basis excavating functional value water raw materials, expand idea development efficient utilization new feed resources. had better consumption promoting effect.
