Background:

The
inverse
relationship
between
serum
Klotho
levels
and
systemic
inflammation,
particularly
C-reactive
protein
(CRP),
has
been
suggested
in
limited
studies.
However,
the
association
within
a
large
diverse
population
remains
underexplored.
We
conducted
cross-sectional
study
using
data
from
National
Health
Nutrition
Examination
Survey
(NHANES)
to
investigate
CRP
among
nationally
representative
sample
of
US
population.
Multiple
linear
regression
analyses
were
performed
assess
this
while
adjusting
for
relevant
covariates.
Stratified
analysis
with
interaction,
restricted
cubic
splines
(RCS)
employed

research
objectives.

5901

had
mean

Abstract
This
cross-sectional
study
examined
data
from
the
National
Health
and
Nutrition
Examination
Survey
(NHANES)
conducted
between
2007
2016,
ultimately
including
12,442
participants
to
explore
association
serum
Klotho
levels
asthma
prevalence.

ELISA

diagnosis

on

logistic
regression
