Aiming at solving the problem of new energy and load uncertainty leading to a steep increase in demand for flexible reserve resources by integrated service providers (IESPs), coordinated optimized scheduling method multi-region considering is proposed. First, load, Latin hypercube sampling used generate scenarios, scenarios are reduced K-means clustering algorithm. Second, based on interaction relationship between active distribution network (ADN) IESPs, mixed game model ADN IESP alliance established. guides IESPs optimize their operation setting prices electricity reserves, fully tap own according set achieve power interoperability through multiple regions synergistically cope with uncertainties load. Finally, example results show that proposed this paper able realize allocation flexibility wider range, reduce pressure superior grid, improve profitability IESPs.
