Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a widespread chronic autoimmune disorder affecting the joints, causing irreversible cartilage, synovium, and bone degradation. During course of disease, many immune joint cells are activated, inflammation. Immune including macrophages, lymphocytes, neutrophils, mast cells, natural killer innate lymphoid as well synovial tissue like fibroblast-like synoviocytes, chondrocytes, osteoclasts secrete different proinflammatory factors, cytokines, angiogenesis-stimulating molecules others. Recent studies reveal that curcumin, dietary anti-inflammatory compound, can modulate response engaging in RA course. This review comprises detailed data about pathogenesis inflammation process rheumatoid demonstrates scientific investigations molecular interactions between curcumin responsible for development to discuss this herbal drug’s immunoregulatory role treatment.

Autoimmune diseases result from complex interactions between genetic and environmental factors. Recent advances in epigenetic research shed light on the intricate regulatory mechanisms that contribute to development progression of such conditions. The present review aims explore role modifications, including DNA methylation, histone non-coding RNAs, context autoimmune diseases. We discuss current understanding alterations associated with various disorders, their impact immune cell function, potential as innovative therapeutic targets. Additionally, we highlight main future directions field epigenetics autoimmunity.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic inflammatory joint disease affecting about 1% of the population worldwide. Current treatment approaches do not ensure cure for every patient. Moreover, classical regimens are based on nontargeted immune suppression and have significant side effects. Biological has advanced considerably but efficacy specificity issues remain. Gene therapy one potential future directions RA therapy, which rapidly developing. Several gene trials done so far been moderate success, experimental genetics studies yielded novel targets. As result, arsenal tools keeps growing. Currently, both viral nonviral delivery systems used therapy. Herein, we review recent

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is the most common inflammatory arthropathy worldwide. Possible manifestations of RA can be represented by a wide variability symptoms, clinical forms, and course options. This multifactorial disease triggered genetic predisposition environmental factors. Both genealogical studies have demonstrated case accumulation in families. Revealing impact candidate gene missense variants on elucidates understanding molecular pathogenesis. A multivariate genomewide association study (GWAS) based analysis identified genes signalling pathways involved pathogenesis disease. However, these only explain 30% familial cases. The causes for significant proportion not been determined until now. Therefore, it important to identify risk groups different populations, as well possible prognostic value some development, progression, treatment. Our review has two purposes. First, summarise data increased associated with alleles various populations. Second, describe how used selection drugs treatment RA.

Abstract B cells play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. Although previous studies have shown many genetic polymorphisms associated with B-cell activation patients various disorders, progress epigenetic research has revealed new mechanisms leading to hyperactivation. Epigenetic mechanisms, including those involving histone modifications, DNA methylation, and noncoding RNAs, regulate responses, their dysregulation can contribute Patients diseases show alterations that lead initiation perpetuation inflammation. Moreover, clinical animal model promising potential therapies for patients. In this review, we present an up-to-date overview focus on roles regulating functional subsets. Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a progressive, chronic, autoimmune, inflammatory, and systemic condition that primarily affects the synovial joints adjacent tissues, including bone, muscle, tendons. The World Health Organization recognizes RA as one of most prevalent chronic inflammatory diseases. In last decade, there was an expansion on available therapeutic options which aimed to improve patient's quality life. Despite extensive research emergence new approaches drugs, are still significant unwanted side effects associated these drugs vast number patients do not respond positively existing strategies. Over years, several references use flavonoids in quest for treatments have emerged. This review summarize literature about flavonoids' major pathogenic/molecular targets their potential lead compounds development effective molecules treatment. It demonstrated can modulate various players inflammation, regulate immune cell function, decrease synoviocytes proliferation balance apoptotic process, angiogenesis, stop/prevent bone cartilage degradation, all dominant features RA. Although further investigation necessary determine effectiveness humans, data from vitro vivo models suggest disease‐modifying anti‐rheumatic drugs. highlights promising avenue future treatment
