Abstract Objective To establish a prognostic signature for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) based on cuproptosis-related long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and to study the immune-related functions of LUAD. Methods First, transcriptome data clinical related LUAD were downloaded from Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), genes analyzed identify lncRNAs. Abstract Osteosarcoma is the most common malignant bone tumor and frequently diagnosed in juvenile. Cellular senescence a fundamental hallmark of osteosarcoma plays vital role initiation progression aging tumorigenesis. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are implicated In this study, six cellular senescence-related lncRNAs with independent prognostic significance juvenile patients were identified through univariate Cox regression analysis, least absolute shrinkage selection operator (LASSO) multivariate analysis. Prognostic was further confirmed by Kaplan–Meier (KM) survival curves, co-expression interaction networks, sankey diagrams. A model genes then constructed using analysis based on these genes. High- low-risk groups according to median risk score calculated model. The favorable demonstrated receiver operating characteristic (ROC) distribution scatter plots lncRNA expression heatmaps. Abstract Ovarian cancer is a leading cause of death in females with gynecologic cancers. Pyroptosis relatively new discovered programmed cell that believed to be associated inflammation. However, studies on pyroptosis-related lncRNAs ovarian are limited. In this study, we identified 29 genes and screened out 72 lncRNAs. Furthermore, the were eliminated 2 survival-related using Cox regression Lasso build an prognostic prediction signature further validated test set. We adopted riskscore from two-gene signature, survival low-risk group was higher than high-risk group. Functional enrichment analysis indicated differentially expressed (DEGs) between two risk groups tumor immunity. This study implies closely related immunity could potential therapeutic factors for treatment.

Histone lysine N‑methyltransferase 2C (KMT2C) is involved in transcriptional regulation and DNA damage repair. Mutations KMT2C have been implicated the progression, metastasis, drug resistance of multiple cancer types. However, roles tumor prognosis, immune cell infiltration microenvironment these types remain unclear. Therefore, present study, data from The Cancer Genome Atlas Genotype‑Tissue Expression databases were used for expression analyses. Kaplan‑Meier univariate Cox regression analyses also performed to investigate prognostic role KMT2C. In addition, Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was conducted study KMT2C‑related signaling pathways. Tumor estimation resource 2 single‑sample GSEA correlation between infiltrations, Spearman's analysis correlations among KMT2C, mutational burden, microsatellite instability, regulators, chemokines receptors.
