Liaoning cashmere goat (LCG) is the world's highest producing white goat. It has characteristics of long fiber, high net rate, moderate fineness, cashmere, strong size, adaptability, stable genetic performance, and good effect in improving middle low production known as "National treasure China". With LCG paternal parent, five new local breeds have been cultivated, which made outstanding contributions to improvement breeding Chinese breeds. fineness (the average population about 16 µm).However, a slightly coarse textile raw material, we hope identify key genes regulating through PCR-seq MLR, order reduce fineness. We collected extracted DNA from blood goats, designed primers, PCR amplification, Statistical analysis. was found that AA genotype G3667A locus KRT35 gene, CT T615C TCHHL1 gene bucks CC does, well does are dominant genotypes fineness. The haplotype combination with multiple factors effects determined be CTGG TTGG does. There significant linear regression relationship between rate quantity. CF = 0.001SQ-0.71CY + 20.784 (R

With economic development and improved living standards, the demand for mutton wool continues to grow, improving production performance genetic potential of sheep breeds has become key promoting high-quality industry. Thus, this study analyzes influencing factors early traits Yunnan semi-fine sheep, optimizes evaluation model, relies on accurate parameter estimation provide a theoretical basis formulating scientific efficient breeding strategy breed. Data were collected from Laishishan Xiaohai farms in Qiaojia, Yunnan, covering records core flock 2018 2022. Using GLM procedure SAS 9.4 software, analyzed non-genetic influences sheep. Concurrently, Danish Milk Unit 5 (DMU 5) software estimated variance components across various animal models each trait. Employing Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) likelihood ratio test (LRT), six tested, incorporating or excluding maternal inheritance environmental impacts, identify optimal model deriving parameters. The results show that birth year, dam age, sex, flock, litter size, lambing date significantly affect both Birth Weight (BWT) Weaning (WWT) (p < 0.01); additionally, weaning month significant effect 0.05), while farm location no impact > 0.05). most determined heritability as 0.3123 0.3471. From perspective, lamb birth, (WWT), feed composition, nutrition during gestation is vital efficiency. This not only identified growth offering precise estimating parameters but also provides guidance selection breed improvement population.
