Abstract
Mild
cognitive
impairment
(MCI)
generally
signifies
a
transitional
clinical
stage
prior
to
dementia.
Cognitive

are
mutual.
Patients
with
amnestic
MCI
have
high
risk
progress
toward
Alzheimer’s
disease.

molecular
biological

Non-coding
RNAs
play
an
important
role
in
the
regulation
of
gene
expression,
mainly
long
non-coding
(lncRNAs),
that
regulate
other
RNA
transcripts
through
binding
microRNAs.
Cross-talk
between
RNAs,
including
coding
produces
significant
regulatory
network
all
transcriptome.
The
relationship
genes

improve
knowledge

contributing
predisposition

MCI.
