Abstract Inflammation and thrombosis are two distinct yet interdependent physiological processes. The inflammation results in the activation of coagulation system that directs immune its activation, resulting initiation pathophysiology thrombosis, a process termed immune-thrombosis. Still, shared underlying molecular mechanism related to has not been explored extensively. Inspired answer this, we carried out comprehensive gene expression meta-analysis using publicly available datasets four diseases, including venous systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease. A total 609 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) by all were identified based on combined effect size approach. pathway enrichment analysis DEGs showed various epigenetic pathways such as histone-modifying enzymes, posttranslational protein modification, chromatin organization, chromatin-modifying HATs acetylate proteins. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease marked by abnormal B-cell proliferation and increased autoantibodies. miRNAs play crucial role in regulating dysfunction SLE pathology. influence DNA methylation, activation, gene expression, contributing to pathogenesis. impact B cells through key processes like proliferation, differentiation, tolerance, apoptosis. also exacerbate inflammation immune responses modulating Interleukin 4 (IL-4), IL-6, interferon cytokines. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a common autoimmune disease caused by multiple factors. The pathogenesis of SLE remains unclear. Helper T cell 2 (Th2 cell) essential for humoral immunity, which participates in regulating type immune response producing typical cytokines interleukin (IL)-4, IL-5, and IL-13. It well known that Th2-associated immunity plays vital role diseases, including SLE. However, current progress on the potential mechanism largely unknown. work Wang et al. have provided an in-depth association with clinical application perspectives. We provide more comprehensive up-to-date commentary to explore new therapeutic targets.

The development of microsurgery has greatly advanced vascularized composite allotransplantation (VCA). However, like organ transplantation, VCA is also limited by acute rejection, and concerns regarding long-term survival function the transplanted graft. Therefore, it necessary to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying rejection caused VCA, in order improve patient survival.Firstly, we used Brown Norway rats Lewis construct animal model VCA. Regularly record appearance changes all subjects. Specimens were collected for histological examination, microRNAs (miRNAs) sequencing RT-qPCR verification when immune occurred. Then, bioinformatics analysis was employed predict miRNA related molecules pathway information. Finally, differentially expressed miRNAs tested verified.MiRNAs are small non coding RNA transcripts that regulate gene expression at post-transcriptional level. Studies have shown involved regulation several been identified potential diagnostic prognostic biomarkers rejection. In this study, found levels rno-miR-21-5p, rno-miR-340-5p, rno-miR-1-3p rno-miR-195-5p significantly associated with following VCA.This signature can potentially an auxiliary indicator which help clinicians adjust immunosuppressive program time during

Abstract Background The role of microRNA (miRNA) is to regulate the translation genes involved in a variety diseases. Aim work This study investigated relation between rs636832 and rs2740348 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) AGO1 gene GEMIN4 miRNA biogenesis risk for primary ITP response therapy. Patients methods In this case–control study, 100 patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura from clinical hematology department outpatient clinic were compared control subjects. Patients' blood samples are taken, DNA extraction PCR amplification A/G G/C done on sera status patients. Results According statistical analysis, genotype allele frequencies both variants did not differ significantly cases controls. GG was found be more prevalent chronic phase than AA AG genotypes, significance level p 0.05. addition, who respond treatment although difference statistically significant. Concerning rs2740348: CC common GC that needed second line therapy like splenectomy or TPO-RA, but reach significance. Conclusion SNPs appear factors ITP; however, rs636832:GG older patients, tend have disease. Although distinction significant, they less responsive genotypes.
