Abstract Copper is an important metal micronutrient, required for the balanced growth and normal physiological functions of human organism. Copper-related toxicity dysbalanced metabolism were associated with disruption intracellular respiration development various diseases, including cancer. Notably, copper-induced cell death was defined as cuproptosis which also observed in malignant cells, representing attractive anti-cancer instrument. Excess copper leads to aggregation lipoylation proteins toxic stress, ultimately resulting activation death. Differential expression cuproptosis-related genes detected tissues. Cuproptosis-related linked regulation oxidative immune responses, composition tumor microenvironment. Activation increased redox-metabolism-regulating genes, such ferredoxin 1 (FDX1), lipoic acid synthetase (LIAS), lipoyltransferase (LIPT1), dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase (DLD), drolipoamide S-acetyltransferase (DLAT), pyruvate E1 subunit alpha (PDHA1), beta (PDHB)). Abstract The association between memory CD4+ T cells and cancer prognosis is increasingly recognized, but their impact on lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) remains unclear. In this study, using the cell‐type identification by estimating relative subsets of RNA transcripts algorithm, we analyzed immune cell composition patient survival in LUAD. Weighted gene coexpression network analysis helped identify cell–associated modules. Combined with module genes, a five‐gene LUAD prognostic risk model ( HOXB7 , MELTF ABCC2 GNPNAT1 LDHA ) was constructed regression analysis. validated GSE31210 data set. validation results demonstrated excellent predictive performance scoring model. Correlation conducted clinical information scores samples, revealing that patients disease progression exhibited higher scores. Furthermore, univariate multivariate analyses independent capability. nomogram superior to outperformed individual factors. Immune landscape assessment performed compare different score groups. revealed better low‐risk group infiltration. also showed potential benefits from immunotherapy. Our study proposes as reliable biomarker for personalized treatment patients.
