Papilomavírus humano: um estudo descritivo sobre o conhecimento, prevenção e autocuidado entre acadêmicos de enfermagem

Objetivo: verificar o conhecimento e as atitudes de prevenção autocuidado relativos ao Papilomavírus Humano entre universitários um curso Enfermagem no Estado do Amazonas. Método: estudo descritivo realizado na Universidade Federal Amazonas, com 77 acadêmicos, que responderam questionário sobre aspectos sociodemográficos, comportamento sexual, histórico clínico hábitos autocuidado. Os dados foram compilados em planilha analisados descritivamente. Resultados: a média idade foi 23,9 anos, predominando mulheres, heterossexuais, pardos baixa renda. Sabiam principal forma transmissão, pessoa assintomática pode transmitir vírus este causa câncer cervical. Muitos desconheciam preservativo não confere total proteção, nem causar outros tipos câncer. Maior parte dos estudantes tinha começado sua vida sexual relataram uso inconsistente preservativo. Conclusão: os tinham maior nas perguntas básicas. São necessárias mais atividades formativas universidade.

Oral cancer is one of the malignant neoplasms that present major global health challenge. It sixth most prevalent type in world, with a high incidence and mortality rate.
