It has been reported that vitamin D deficiency may be associated with the development of oral lichen planus (OLP). Given high prevalence in many countries, we sought to determine whether it constitutes a comorbidity OLP. Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is associated with systemic inflammation, oxidative stress, and hypovitaminosis D. Our aim was to determine whether vitamin D mediates inflammation assessed through selected biomarkers, in children obesity and/or MetS. Wheat is a staple and nutritious food that consumed globally. However, it identified as major allergenic because of its capacity to trigger life-threatening systemic anaphylaxis. The specific mechanisms underlie this anaphylaxis in wheat allergy are incompletely understood. As result, several rodent models have been developed study allergies. In paper, we conducted comprehensive review wheat-induced using Google Scholar PubMed databases with relevant keywords. following objectives were addressed: (1) determine the complexity anaphylaxis; (2) summarize role genetic susceptibility (3) identify environmental factors involved development (4) map current status (5) approaches, strengths, limitations (6) challenges opportunities area science. Our findings provide updated critical resource for future research agenda allergy-associated anaphylaxis, particularly attractive pre-clinical tools.

Introduction Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorders often co-occurring with sleep problems and other physical disorders. Vitamin D regulates supports normal brain function. Regrettably, no studies have looked at whether vitamin insufficiency exacerbates in ADHD children further affects symptoms. Objective This study aimed to examine symptoms aged 6–14 years. Methods case-control study, 260 (aged 6-14 years) were enrolled in, of whom 95 had 165 sufficiency. Collected all symptom severity functional impairment scales, including Swanson, Nolan Pelham (SNAP) scale, Integrated Visual Auditory Continuous Performance Test (IVA-CPT), Conners parents questionnaire (PSQ) Weiss Functional Impairment Rating Scale-Parent Form (WFIRS-P). All guardians complete the Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ). Results The CSHQ total scores both groups significantly higher than 41, which means that overall problems. Background and Objectives: Studies investigating the types of dietary supplements associated with atopic triad using large-scale data remain limited. We assessed prevalence triad, used, their associations in Korean adults a 4-year national survey data. Materials Methods: This cross-sectional study utilized from Korea National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (2018–2021). Adults aged ≥ 19 years were included. Descriptive statistics used to summarize participants’ overall characteristics estimate defined as diagnosis asthma, allergic rhinitis, or dermatitis. Logistic regression analyses conducted each condition dependent variable, currently independent variables. Covariates included socioeconomic status, lifestyle factors, frailty, diet. Dietary categorized multivitamins/minerals, vitamin C, D, A/lutein, propolis, omega-3, probiotics, red ginseng, calcium, iron. Results: A total 18,182 analyzed, representing an estimated 52.8 million (mean age: 47 years; 50% male). Of these, 21% reported history any 61% current supplement users. showed significantly higher odds all three conditions among users propolis (asthma: OR 1.90, 95% CI 1.04–3.47; rhinitis: 1.64, 1.25–2.17; dermatitis: 2.04, CI: 1.18–3.52), rhinitis probiotics (OR 1.21, 1.06–1.38) D 1.43, 1.16–1.75). Conclusions: positive association was found between use conditions. Also, rhinitis. did not find significant other supplements. Further research establishing causal relationships are needed.
