In this research article, we uphold the principles of No Free Lunch theorem and employ it as a driving force to introduce an innovative game-based metaheuristic technique named Golf Optimization Algorithm (GOA). The GOA is meticulously structured with two distinctive phases, namely, exploration exploitation, drawing inspiration from strategic dynamics player conduct observed in sport golf. This work presents an optimal methodology based on augmented, improved, subtraction-average-based technique (ASABT) which is developed to minimize the energy-dissipated losses that occur during electrical power supply. The osprey optimization algorithm (OOA) is a new metaheuristic motivated by the strategy of hunting fish in seas. In this study, OOA applied to solve one main items power system called economic load dispatch (ELD). ELD has two types. first type takes into consideration minimization cost fuel consumption, ELD. second consumption and emission, combined emission (CEED). performance compared against several techniques evaluate its reliability. These methods include elephant herding (EHO), rime-ice (RIME), tunicate swarm (TSA), slime mould (SMA) for same case study. Also, with other literature, such as an artificial bee colony (ABO), sine cosine (SCA), moth search (MSA), chimp (ChOA), monarch butterfly (MBO). Power mismatch item used evaluation all these methods. There are six cases work: 6 units problem at three different loads, CEED loads. Evaluation was performed 30 various runs based on measuring standard deviation, minimum fitness function, maximum mean values. superiority achieved according obtained results competitor algorithms.

This study proposes the One-to-One-Based Optimizer (OOBO), a new optimization technique for solving problems in various scientific areas.
