Listeria
monocytogenes
is
not
only
a
pathogen
causing
serious
food-borne
disease
in
humans
but
can
also
occur
as
saprophyte
the
natural
environment.
This
study
aimed
to
evaluate
occurrence
of
L.monocytogenes
obtained
from
environment
Czech
Republic
(hereinafter
Czechia)
and
Slovakia
2016–2018
compare
clonal
relationship
strains
circulating
with
originating
food
chain
humans.
