Abstract
Background
and
Aims
The
prevalence
of
carbapenemase‐producing
Enterobacterales
(CPE)
continues
to
increase
worldwide.
Combination
β‐lactam
novel
β‐lactamase
inhibitors
introduce
a
revolutionary
treatment
option
for
CPE.
Ceftazidime/avibactam
(CAZ/AVB)
has
been
recently
developed
severe
infections
caused
by
multidrug‐resistant
bacteria.
We
aimed
evaluate
in
vitro
activity
CAZ/AVB
on
collection

ESBL‐producing‐carbapenemase
negative
CPE
from
Iran.
Methods

Antimicrobial
resistance
(AMR)
poses
a
significant
global
health
challenge
affecting
food
safety
and
development.
Residues
of
antibiotics

Antibiotic
therapy
relies

pharmacokinetics
(PK)

(PD),

drug
absorption,
distribution,
elimination,

review
synthesizes
decades
of
research,
drawing
from
in-vitro
studies,
in-vivo

Abstract
Syphilis,
caused
by
the
spirochete
Treponema
pallidum
subsp.
(hereafter
called

worldwide
sexually
transmitted
infection.
