Our study investigated the growth-related metabolic changes and microbial community dynamics during early feeding stage of bullfrog (Lithobates catesbeiana) tadpoles. In this research, we examined in fat accumulation patterns, as well levels biochemical enzymatic indicators genes mRNA expression related to lipid metabolism across endogenous, mixed, exogenous nutritional stages tadpoles from a single mating pair. These insights provide theoretical foundation for interventions aimed at enhancing growth survival rates.
