The fungal green synthesis of nanoparticles (NPs) has gained great interest since it is a cost-effective and easy handling method. process simple because fungi secrete metabolites proteins capable reducing metal salts in aqueous solution, however the mechanism remains largely unknown. aim this study was to analyze secretome Trichoderma harzianum strain during mycobiosynthesis zinc iron nanoparticles. Different profiles secreted by fungus grown culture media or filtrate were observed through SDS‒PAGE LC‒MS/MS analysis identifying 99 304 proteins, respectively. Particularly, metabolic processes stress response mainly oxidoreductases, identified. Successfully, ZnO FeO NPs synthesized characterized transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, thermogravimetric, FTIR analysis. revealed organic compounds acting as probably capping agents. This research first report which proteomic identifies multiple enzymes involved biogenic NP biosynthesis from T. harzianum, its role clearly demonstrated formation zincite magnetite
