Anaerobic digestion is a well-established technology for the sustainable production of biogas. However, to be used as substitute natural gas or vehicle fuel, it necessary remove carbon dioxide (CO2) and other contaminants from biogas that can compromise useful life combustion engines. Upgraded known biomethane (>95% methane content). This work reviews different technologies upgrading biogas, emphasizing microalgae–nanoparticle systems, representing more environmentally friendly system. Parameters affecting these systems performance are discussed, trends areas opportunity subsequent evaluated through bibliometric analysis.

Nitrogen fertilizers have a significant impact on the growth of rice. The overuse and inappropriate application nitrogen resulted in environmental pollution, addition to subjecting both humans livestock negative health hazards. Finding viable substitute for traditional is crucial essential help improve crop yield minimize damage. Nano-nitrogen offer possible alternative due slow/controlled release nitrogen. present work aimed study effect slow-release urea nanofertilizer soil ammonical (NH4-N) nitrate-N (NO3-N) content, culturable microflora, enzyme activities three different samples procured from Ludhiana Patiala districts through column study. Seven treatments, including 0, 50 (75 kg/ha N), 75 (112.5 100% (150 N) recommended dose (RD) conventional nano-urea fertilizer were applied. leachate collected treatment exhibited NH4-N first two weeks, followed by NO3-N appearance. higher contents recorded light-textured as compared medium- heavy-textured samples. microbial counts be maximum soils. Therefore, this formulation could more useful soils decrease applied N-fertilizer losses, well improving cell activities. direct-seeded rice (Oryza sativa L.) was also evaluated under field conditions. Both studies performed independently. Numerically, highest shoot height, fresh dry weight, significantly total chlorophyll, carotenoid, anthocyanins T2 (100% RDF nano-urea) treatment. yield-attributing traits, number filled grains thousand-grain increased A numerical increase NPK plant grain at RDN recorded. product no count doses fertilizer. fixer rather improved treatments. results reflect that considered
