The application of phosphate fertilizers significantly influences soil microbial communities and nutrient cycling. Soil enzymes, which are sensitive to levels, play a critical role in metabolism. However, the impact on limitations within metabolism agricultural soils remains poorly understood. In this study, samples were collected from depth 0–20 cm wheat crop subjected three-year field experiment with six different phosphorus (P) rates. β-glucosidase (BG) leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) activities highest under P3 (60 kg P2O5 ha−1) treatment over study period. responses N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase (NAG) alkaline phosphatase (AKP) increasing P additions varied across years. EES C:N, C:P, vector length greater than 1. characteristics accounted for 70.71% variation enzyme stoichiometry. angle enzymes explained by 0.65 0.73, respectively. Among these factors, ROC exhibited largest direct total effect angle. These research findings offer valuable insights management fertilizers. Consequently, it is recommended enhance carbon levels alleviate improve utilization efficiency.

Abstract Nursery owners suffer from slow growth of olive seedlings, and thus production costs increase until they are ready for planting in a sustainable orchard. Therefore, this study aimed to add biological chemical fertilization seedlings two types olives the purpose improving their mineral content. The experiment included factors, first nine fertilizer treatments containing 15gm. Seedling −1 NPK (20:20:20), 10g.Seedling NPK+5g.Seedling Biofertilizer Gorabac G, 5g.Seedling NPK+10g.Seedling 2.5g.Seedling +15g. Seedlings 20g. 10g. NPK+5ml.Seedlings broth form, 5g.Seedlings NPK+10ml.Seedlings In 2.5 gm. + 15 ml. 20 biofertilizer form. second factor varieties (Nabali Sourani), according results measured at end experiment. It was found that there were no significant differences between factors (leaf content phosphorus, potassium, nitrogen, protein, dry weight root system). On other hand, treatment 10 g. seedling 5 form superior rest terms shoot, as well. Nabali variety significantly Sorani values trait.

While soil responses to organic and inorganic phosphorus (P) fertilizers have been widely studied, plant physiological molecular remain insufficiently characterized. Such an understanding is necessary develop sustainable P fertilization strategies that enhance performance in soils with limitations. This study investigated the impact of poultry manure (PM) its combination phytase enzyme on involved use efficiency (PUE) ryegrass plants growing a P-deficient Andisol. A greenhouse experiment under controlled conditions was performed evaluate properties, biomass, uptake, performance, expression transporters following treatments: deficiency (PD), mineral (F), PM alone, combined phytase. The enhanced availability by 60% increased activities 2.6-fold, facilitating mineralization P. resulted 63% increase shoot concentration 35% enhancement biomass. Additionally, oxidative stress markers decreased, lipid peroxidation roots reduced up five-fold, while antioxidant activity 1.6-fold. Molecular analysis revealed transporter gene LpPHT1;4 upregulated 9.3-fold, indicating improved capacity for acquisition utilization. These findings suggest phytase-mediated hydrolysis activation are key mechanisms driving uptake soils.
