Abstract
To
understand
the
effects
of
endophytic
fungus
Y118
on
physiological
characteristics
Zanthoxylum
nitidum
(Roxb.)
DC
after
co-culture
with
its
host
nitidum,
we
measured
plant
growth
index
(dry
root
weight)
at
different
stages
using
solid
fermentation
medium
containing
Y118.
Physiological
and
biochemical
indexes
(defensive
enzyme
activity)
were
determined
by
chromatographic
analysis
contents
nitidum
chloride
chelidonine,
main
active
ingredients
in
root.
At
3,
6,
9
12
months,
dry
weight
treatment
group
was
significantly
increased
