The inhibition of Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and Butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) enzymes represents a potential target in the treatment Alzheimer disease. AChE BChE was studied by biogenic metal oxide nanoparticles (ZnO, NiO, Fe2O3, Co3O4 PbO) synthesized using aqueous extracts Sageretia thea (Osbeck.). results demonstrated that highest shown PbO with IC50 values 101.9 µg/mL for 119.8 BChE. Furthermore, obtained from molecular docking studies analyzing interaction enzymes, were good agreement experimental data.
