Nanoparticles introduced into biological environments rapidly acquire a coating of biomolecules, forming biocorona that dictates their fate. Among these proteins play key role, but interaction with nanoparticles during the adsorption process often leads to unfolding and functional loss. Evidence suggests protein denaturation within alters cellular recognition, signaling pathways, immune responses, significant implications for nanomedicine nanotoxicology. This review explores dynamic nature corona, emphasizing influence local milieu on its stability. We synthesize findings from studies examining physicochemical properties nanoparticles—such as surface charge, hydrophobicity, curvature—that contribute structural perturbations. Understanding factors governing stability nanoparticle surfaces is essential designing nanomaterials improved targeting, biocompatibility, controlled interactions. underscores importance preserving conformational integrity in development biomedical applications.
