Wearable devices have a significant impact on society, and recent advancements in modern sensor technologies are opening up new possibilities for healthcare applications. Continuous vital sign monitoring using Internet of Things solutions can be crucial tool emergency management, reducing risks rescue operations ensuring the safety workers. The massive amounts data, high network traffic, computational demands typical application challenging to manage with traditional infrastructure. Cloud computing provides solution its built-in resilience elasticity capabilities. This study presents Cloud-based architecture remote tracking paramedics medical workers through use mobile wearable device. system monitors signs such as electrocardiograms breathing patterns during work sessions, it is able real-time alarm events personnel management center. In this study, 900 were monitored over period 12 months. Data from these collected, processed via infrastructure, analyzed assess system's reliability scalability. results showed improvement worker operational efficiency. demonstrates potential systems enhancing response efforts.

Wearable sensors have the potential to transform diagnosis, monitoring, and management of children who neurological conditions. Traditional methods for assessing disorders rely on clinical scales subjective measures. Introduction Intensive Care Medicine is based on continuous timely monitoring of physiological variables to guide modulation therapy.
