Recently, a link has been established between cognitive function and hand dexterity in older adults. Declines have shown to impair performance finger tapping movements. Research suggest that training can improve dexterity, executive function, over time. This underscores the need for effective methods dexterity. In this study, we introduced new system provides real-time feedback on movements during tasks. We examined system's impact of 32 healthy young participants by using magnetic sensor device (UB-2). During task, performed opening closing either in-phase or anti-phase both left right hands 15 s. They were instructed tap as quickly possible. The number taps, left-right balance, other relevant data measured UB-2 device. terms tapping, significant difference was found 64.4 without 68.1 with simultaneous dominant hand. alternating open-close movement, 50.3 53.4 feedback. results showed significantly improved frequency taps hands. suggests
