Background: Individuals' perspective on artificial intelligence may be influenced by their psychological factors, such as emotional regulation styles. However, these concepts are typically examined in isolation. This article seeks to combine two examining the relation between them among nursing educators. Aim: To explore relationship styles and perspectives educators how age moderates this relation. Design: descriptive correlational research design. Setting: Faculty of Nursing, Alexandria University, Egypt. Subjects: A convenience sample 184 Tools: (1) Nursing educators' Personal Data Structured Questionnaire, (2) Perspectives toward Artificial Intelligence Questionnaire (PAIQ), (3) Emotional Style (ESQ). Results: The mean percent score overall all was 60.90±12.41, indicating that they have a considerable degree health general, with significantly higher older participants (69.25±11.82) than younger counterparts (56.17±11.05). Also, structural equation model approach found significant main positive effect (β=0.599 ، CR=3.155 P= 0.002(, negative (β=-1.153 CR=-2.607 0.009 .( These effects were moderated interaction (β=-0.012 CR=-3.017 0.003(. Conclusion: which age. For illustration, has stronger for young Recommendations: It is critical candid discussions about intelligence, so, can offer influence will used education future. who enjoy more healthy emotionality should encouraged support others during difficulties, improve camaraderie productivity facilitate installation new tools.

This essay presents two lines of argument to suggest that the extension into adulthood specific phenotypic differentiation processes, typical early development, is fundamental evolution cognition. The first these organized in three steps. step reviews various studies human highlighting it has slowed down throughout compared great apes. second explores relationship between this development and third discusses evolutionary comparative analyses show a correlation cognitive processes developmental changes. line examines concepts phenotype. First, phenotype are reviewed correspondence meanings word plasticity (i.e., as ability alternate or shape), concluded all phenotypes -rigid, plastic, reversible-fit meaning shaping. It proposed phenotypical process can be seen continuous series functional differentiations occur at different times during life organism contextual points, both inside outside organism. Finally, brief recapitulation presented focused on supporting formation behavioral sequence shaping environmental interactions from most general particular.

Background: Increasing evidence shows that HCY plays an important role in stress-induced cognitive dysfunction, and significantly promotes the decline of function. Stress has been reported to cause elevated hippocampus mice. Cognitive flexibility refers ability individuals quickly adjust their neurobehavioral strategies different situations or solve tasks. Aims: This study aims explore impairment induced by stress its possible regulatory mechanism. Methods: First, we examined changes protein mRNA levels effector molecule, PIN1, during The results show can a mice lead increase PIN1. Moreover, through use vitro experiments, found could induce PIN1 expression neurons. Further vivo experiments were used investigate effect VitB on evaluated therapeutic flexibility. decreased plasma hippocampus, alleviated flexibility, reduced Conclusions: These suggest be inhibited regulating content HCY. Collectively, our findings highlight aimed at improving treatment for impairments

In aged humans and mice, aggregates of hypobranched glycogen molecules called polyglucosan bodies (PGBs) accumulate in hippocampal astrocytes. PGBs are known to drive cognitive decline neurological diseases but remain largely unstudied the context typical brain aging. Here, we show that arise autophagy-dysregulated astrocytes C57BL/6J mouse hippocampus. To map genetic cause age-related PGB accumulation, quantified burden 32 fully sequenced BXD-recombinant inbred strains, which display a 400-fold variation at 16-18 months age. A major modifier locus was mapped chromosome 1 72-75 Mb, defined as
