Color fusion and rivalry are two key information integration mechanisms in binocular vision, representing the visual system’s processing patterns for consistent conflicting inputs, respectively. This study hypothesizes that there quantifiable differences eye movement indicators under states of color rivalry, which can be verified through multi-paradigm experiments. The experiment recruited eighteen subjects with normal vision (nine males nine females), employing Gaze Stability paradigm, Straight Curve Eye Hopping Smoothed Movement Tracking paradigm tracking. Each included a experimental group (R-G) control groups (R-R, G-G). Data analysis indicates significant such as Average Saccade Amplitude, Median SD Amplitude between states. For instance, Z-Score normalization cross-paradigm merged analysis, specific ranges these were identified to distinguish When falls within range −0.905–−0.693, it state rivalry; when is 0.608–1.294, reflects fusion. Subsequently, ROC curve confirmed effectiveness paradigms analyzing AUC values 0.990, 0.741, 0.967, These results reveal potential behaviors biomarkers dynamic conflicts. finding provides empirical support understanding neural computational models lays methodological foundation developing impairment assessment tools based on features.
