Abstract Government enforced restrictions on movement during the COVID-19 pandemic are likely to have had profound impacts daily behaviours of many individuals, including physical activity (PA). Given associations between PA and other health behaviours, changes in may been detrimental for behaviours. This mixed-methods study identified physical activity (PA) and healthy eating messages produced during the COVID-19 pandemic explored how they were received by UK ethnic minority communities. A scoping review of research grey literature categories PA messaging targeted at minorities. Individual group interviews conducted, audio-recorded, transcribed analysed using inductive thematic analysis. There was active community engagement in all phases to ensure relevance co-production findings. Interviews held with 41 participants aged 18-86 years (20 men) residing England Wales digital conferencing person. This study assessed the association of food security with potential cardio-metabolic risk factors among persons metabolic syndrome (MetS). Data were derived from baseline data a randomized controlled lifestyle intervention trial for individuals MetS. Household security, fruit and vegetable intake, perceived environment, stress collected using validated questionnaires. Cardio-metabolic measures standardized procedures included body mass index, waist circumference, blood pressure, glucose, HbA1c, lipids. Regression models adjusted demographics, medication use, performed. Of total 664 participants (median age 56), majority female, non-Hispanic White, college-educated, employed. Food insecurity affected 23% (n = 152), 5% 31) experiencing very low security. Abstract Background: COVID-19 has significantly disrupted the routines of school sports for adolescent athletes, which can affect their usual eating behaviors and body image. Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic severely affected people’s daily lives and health. Few studies have looked into the persistence of these changes. In current study, we investigated to what extent changes in lifestyle body weight were sustained after two years restrictions. Methods We performed representative online surveys among adults living Germany. first survey (S1) was April 2021; second (S2) June 2022. questionnaire focused on physical activity, dietary habits, weight, mental stress levels. Furthermore, demographic socioeconomic data collected. weighted optimally represent general population Germany results descriptively compared between surveys. Chi-square tests binomial logistic regression identify factors associated with gain. Results A total 1,001 1,005 completed survey, which 50.4% men 49.6% women both Mean age 45.4 ± 14.4 S1 45.7 14.5 S2. mass index (BMI) 27.4 6.0 kg/m² 27.1 5.5 (S2). Reduced activity reported by 52% participants 40% Moderate severe 71% 62% Both indicated that approximately one-third changed their habits. This study aimed to identify the impact of first UK COVID-19 lockdown on individuals’ weight management attempts (WMA). Latar Belakang: Literasi gizi merupakan ukuran kemampuan individu dalam mendapatkan, mengolah, serta memahami informasi yang berkaitan dengan untuk digunakan menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan terkait gizi. Keputusan berperan besar menentukan pola makan dan aktivitas fisik dilakukan Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan tingkat literasi pada status siswa/i SMAN 1 Kota Tangerang Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional desain cross-sectional. Lokasi di sampel 168 orang dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui pengisian kuesioner google forms. Pengolahan uji chi-square. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pendidikan ibu (p=0,031); uang saku (p=0,037); jenis kelamin (p=0,027) siswa. Selain itu terbagi atas domain fungsional, interaktif, kritikal berurutan tidak (p=0,054; p=0,687; p=0,769). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada langsung antara siswa Tangerang. Penguatan kurikulum kerja sama berbagai pihak diperlukan mencapai lebih baik
