Background:
Increasing
evidence
has
revealed
oxidative
stress
as
an
essential
risk
factor
in
the
development
of
rheumatoid
arthritis
(RA).
Composite
dietary
antioxidant
index
(CDAI)
is
important
tool
for
assessing
capacity.
However,
association
between
CDAI
and
RA
still
unclear.
Method:
The
data
26501
participants
from
NHANES
database
2003-2018
cycle
were
collected
to
investigate
relationship
risk.
Logistic
regression
was
used
examine
odds
ratio
(OR)
Restricted
cubic
spline
(RCS)
utilized
test
potential
nonlinear
relationship.
Stratified
analysis
sensitivity
also
performed
strengthen
reliability
results.
Results:
Multivariate
logistic
with
full
adjustment
covariates
showed
that
OR
(95%
confidence
interval
(CI))
0.974
(0.955,
0.993).
A
negative
correlation
identified
by
RCS

Background
Endometriosis
(EM)
is
a
chronic
gynecological
disorder
characterized
by
the
growth
of
endometrial-like
tissue
outside
uterus,
leading
to
pain
and
infertility.
Recent
studies
suggest
that
antioxidants
may
play
protective
role
in
development
EM.
However,
precise
connection
between
composite
dietary
antioxidant
index
(CDAI)—a
key
measure
antioxidants—and
EM
risk
remains
unclear.
This
study
aims
explore
relationship
CDAI
using
data
from
National
Health
Nutrition
Examination
Survey
(NHANES),
potentially
guiding
interventions
for
prevention.
Methods
analyzed
NHANES
spanning
1999
2006.
To
investigate
EM,
variety
statistical
techniques
were
employed,
including
weighted
multiple
logistic
regression
model,
smooth
curve
fitting,
machine
learning
analysis,
subgroup
analyses.
Results
After
controlling
potential
confounding
variables,
results
indicated
an
inverse
(OR
=
0.92,
95%
CI
0.86–0.98,
p
0.011).
Compared
participants
lowest
quartile
(Q1),
odds
ratios
(OR)
higher
other
quartiles
as
follows:
Q2
0.84,
0.45–1.57,

components
CDAI,

associated
with

LASSO

algorithms

factors.
Furthermore,
analyses

not
reveal
interactions

body
mass
index,
smoking,
drinking,
diabetes,
or
hypertension.
Conclusion
The
findings
this
extensive
cross-sectional
indicate
clear
negative
linear
correlation

adult
women.

recommended
women
incorporate
greater
proportion
antioxidant-rich
foods
into
their
diet

Antioxidants
