ABSTRACT
Outer
membrane
protein

(OmpA)

a

role
in
the
interactions
between
Acinetobacter
baumannii
and
host
cells.
Autophagy
is
defense
mechanism
that
hinders
intracellular
replication
of
bacteria,
thereby
safeguarding
cells
against
microbial
infections.
While
it
has
been
observed

cellular
autophagy,

its

OmpA

we
investigated
effects
(AbOmpA)
on
autophagy

molecular

Background
