Abstract
Colorectal
cancer
(CRC)
is
one
of
the
most
common
malignant
tumors
with
a
poor
prognosis.
Long
noncoding
RNAs
(lncRNAs)
were
reported
to
play
vital
role
in
regulating
progression
cancers
and
had
been
become
focus
intense
research
biology.
Meanwhile,
LINC01134
functions
as
an
oncogene
many
cancers,
but
possible
roles
mechanisms
occurrence
development
CRC
are
still
unclear.
This
study
aimed
explore
biological
mechanism
CRC.
First,
we
found
was
highly
expressed
tissues
associated
worse
clinical
stages
prognosis,
which
line
that
cell
lines.
Functional
experiments
indicated
silencing
attenuated
cells
proliferation
induced
apoptosis
both
vitro
vivo.
Mechanistically,
