Kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), as a common case in (RCC), has the risk of postoperative recurrence, thus its prognosis is poor and prognostic markers are usually based on imaging methods, which have problem low specificity. In addition, cuproptosis, novel mode death, been used biomarker to predict disease many cancers recent years, also provides an important basis for prediction KIRC. For patients with KIRC, means preventing recurrence pharmacological treatment, matching appropriate drug specific patient's target particularly important.
