Background with Objective Worldwide Urinary bladder carcinoma (UBC) is one of the most common cancers genitourinary system. Carcinoma urinary leading causes death for both men and women. Female-gender patients diagnosed cancer have a higher risk recurrence, progression, cancer-specific mortality compared their male counterparts. The aim this study was to focus on age sex disparities in carcinoma. Methods This descriptive cross-sectional carried out among 50 presenting malignant tumor at Pathology department histopathology, Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Dhaka, from January 2016 December 2017. Purposive sampling method followed. Statistical analysis results obtained by using window based computer software devised Packages Social Sciences (SPSS-20.1). Results Male (80%) were suffering more than female (20%). Maximum (58.0%) below or equal 60 years. 36 (72.0%) had high grade urothelial (HGUC). High 51-60 years followed 61-70 (90%). There no significant difference marker Her2/neu score Ki-67 level between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Biological an independent factor cancer. but greater reduction lifespan males.

Introduction Bladder cancer presents a significant health problem worldwide, with environmental and genetic factors contributing to its incidence. Histologically, it can be classified as carcinoma in situ, non-muscle invasive muscle-invasive carcinoma, each one distinct alterations impacting prognosis response therapy. While traditional transurethral resection is commonly performed situ often fails prevent recurrence or progression more aggressive phenotypes, leading the frequent need for additional treatment such intravesical chemotherapy immunotherapy. Despite advances made recent years, options bladder are still lacking due complex nature of this disease. So, animal models may hold potential addressing these limitations, because they not only allow study disease but also evaluation therapies investigation drug repositioning.

Background Bladder cancer is one of the most prevalent malignancies, and mechanisms underlying its progression role tumor microenvironment (TME) are unclear. Recent advancements in single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) spatial transcriptomics (ST) enable detailed analysis cellular heterogeneity, gene expression, cell–cell interactions bladder diseases. Methodology We conducted a comprehensive search for recent articles that have investigated diseases using scRNA-seq ST. Results ST led to significant discoveries disease research. These technologies enabled identification multiple molecular subtypes within individual tumors treatment resistance. Additionally, differences based on gender been explored, explaining heterogeneity incidence cancer. findings deepen our understanding pathology highlight transformative potential identifying novel biomarkers therapeutic targets. Conclusions Integrating has considerably enhanced tissues. insights may lead development personalized therapies improvement patient outcomes. Several challenges, such as technical limitations access difficulties, need be addressed future clinical application these technologies.
