Background
with
Objective
Worldwide
Urinary
bladder
carcinoma
(UBC)
is
one
of
the
most
common
cancers
genitourinary
system.
Carcinoma
urinary
leading
causes
death
for
both
men
and
women.
Female-gender
patients
diagnosed
cancer
have
a
higher
risk
recurrence,
progression,
cancer-specific
mortality
compared
their
male
counterparts.
The
aim
this
study
was
to
focus
on
age
sex
disparities
in
carcinoma.
Methods
This
descriptive
cross-sectional
carried
out
among
50
presenting
malignant
tumor
at
Pathology
department
histopathology,
Dhaka
Medical
College
Hospital,
Dhaka,
from
January
2016
December
2017.
Purposive
sampling
method
followed.
Statistical
analysis
results
obtained
by
using
window
based
computer
software
devised
Packages
Social
Sciences
(SPSS-20.1).
Results
Male
(80%)
were
suffering
more
than
female
(20%).
Maximum
(58.0%)
below
or
equal
60
years.
36
(72.0%)
had
high
grade
urothelial
(HGUC).
High
51-60
years
followed
61-70
(90%).
There
no
significant
difference
marker
Her2/neu
score
Ki-67
level
between
two
groups
(P>0.05).
Conclusion
Biological
an
independent
factor
cancer.
but
greater
reduction
lifespan
males.

Introduction
Bladder
cancer
presents
a
significant
health
problem
worldwide,
with
environmental
and
genetic
factors
contributing
to
its
incidence.
Histologically,
it
can
be
classified
as
carcinoma
in
situ,
non-muscle
invasive
muscle-invasive
carcinoma,
each
one
distinct
alterations
impacting
prognosis
response
therapy.
While
traditional
transurethral
resection
is
commonly
performed
situ
often
fails
prevent
recurrence
or
progression
more
aggressive
phenotypes,
leading
the
frequent
need
for
additional
treatment
such
intravesical
chemotherapy
immunotherapy.
Despite
advances
made
recent
years,
options
bladder
are
still
lacking
due
complex
nature
of
this
disease.
So,
animal
models
may
hold
potential
addressing
these
limitations,
because
they
not
only
allow
study
disease
but
also
evaluation
therapies
investigation
drug
repositioning.

Background
Bladder
cancer
is

prevalent
malignancies,

its

in
single-cell
RNA
sequencing
(scRNA-seq)
spatial
transcriptomics
(ST)
enable
detailed
analysis
cellular
heterogeneity,
gene

cell–cell

Methodology
We
conducted
a
comprehensive
search
for
recent
articles
that
have
investigated
diseases
using
scRNA-seq
ST.
Results
ST
led
to
significant
discoveries
disease
research.
These
technologies
enabled
identification

molecular
subtypes
within
individual
tumors
treatment
resistance.
Additionally,
differences
based
on
gender

explored,

cancer.
