We are committed to writing this narrative review given that carbon-based nanomaterials revolutionizing dental medicine. Since the groundbreaking discovery of carbon nanotubes in 1991, their applications have skyrocketed. The numbers speak for themselves: 2024, global market hit USD 1.3 billion and is set double 2.6 by 2029. Over past few decades, various forms been integrated into practices, elevating quality effectiveness treatments. They represent a transformative advancement dentistry, offering numerous benefits such as augmented mechanical properties, antimicrobial activity, potential regenerative applications. Both (CNTs) dots (CDs) derived from integral nanotechnology, showcasing versatility nanostructures delivering cutting-edge solutions across diverse domains, electronics, materials science, biomedicine. CNTs ambitiously examined capability reinforce materials, develop biosensors detecting oral diseases, even deliver therapeutic agents directly affected tissues. This synthesizes current applications, underscores interdisciplinary value bridging nanotechnology identifies key barriers clinical adoption, discusses hybrid strategies warranting further research advance implementation.
