The purpose of this study is to develop an animal model Chronic Intermittent Hypoxia (CIH) and investigate the role TRPC5 channel in cardiac damage OSAHS rats. Twelve male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into CIH group Normoxic Control (NC) group. Changes structure, function, pathology heart tissue observed through echocardiography, transmission electron microscopy, HE-staining, TUNEL staining. Interventricular Septum thickness at diastole (IVSd) End-Diastolic Volume (EDV) significantly increased, whereas LV ejection fraction shortening decreased. TEM showed that myofilaments loosely arranged, sarcomere length varied, cell matrix dissolved, mitochondrial cristae partly flocculent, outer membrane dissolved disappeared, some mitochondria swollen vacuolated. histopathological examination cardiomyocytes with granular degeneration, myocardial fibers broken disorganized, most nuclei vacuolar hypochromic. promoted oxidative stress, influx Ca2+, activation CaN/NFATc signaling pathway, which led pathological changes morphology ultrastructure cardiomyocytes, increase apoptosis, decrease contractility. These may be associated upregulation TRPC5.

The aim of this study was to assess the role immunocyte-derived ratios (IDRs), such as systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte (PLR), and lymphocyte-to-monocyte (LMR), markers for postoperative recovery gastrointestinal function following colorectal cancer surgery. A retrospective analysis conducted on a consecutive cohort 260 patients who underwent radical surgery within timeframe spanning from January 2016 December 2022.
