Orchards are complex agricultural systems with various characteristics that influence crop evapotranspiration (ETc), such as variety, tree height, planting density, irrigation methods, and inter-row management. This study evaluated the effect of cold plasma (CP) on physicochemical properties and antioxidant capacity maize. CP treatments were performed using a glow discharge, applying argon and/or nitrogen at 50 W, with different working pressures (75, 100, 125 Pa) exposure times (1, 5, 10 min). The maize samples analyzed before after for color, fatty acid value (FAV), malondialdehyde content, superoxide dismutase catalase activities, total phenol content (TPC), ascorbic reduced glutathione activity. activity was further during storage (25 °C 180 days). After treatments, color parameters (brightness, yellowness, saturation) showed measurable enhancement, while FAV significantly by 14.95–56.37% 11.38–43.71%, respectively. optimal treatment conditions (100 Pa pressure 5 min exposure) maximized enzyme activities bioactive compound levels, accompanied substantial increases in TPC. In this study, the physiological indicators, reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, and activities expressions of key enzymes related to ROS metabolism were monitored explore mechanism ozone treatment on shelf life postharvest Korla fragrant pears. Korla fragrant pear is a high-quality local variety native to Xinjiang, China. Currently, the low fruit-setting rate and calyx shedding problems in pears have been highlighted, which seriously affect fruit yield quality. It of great significance research fruiting characteristics molecular-assisted identification bud mutation materials for enriching germplasm resources pear. In this research, natural pollination group (YB) (CK) were established. Orchard grass cultivation management is an effective measure to safeguard the sustainable development of fruit industry in China. However, details influence natural sod culture on carbon (C)–nitrogen (N) nutrition trees and quality Hanfu apple orchards are lacking. Therefore, a field experiment was conducted, which consisted two treatments: clean tillage (CT) (NG). Results revealed that NG treatment contributed increases soil organic matter (SOM), total N, NH4+-N at depths 0–20 cm 20–40 cm, while NO3−-N concentration under significantly decreased same depth, within range 0–200 profile, compared with CT. also promoted leaf photosynthesis enhanced N sugar metabolism.
