Abstract With advances in next-generation sequencing technologies, various marker genotyping systems have been developed for genomics-based approaches such as genomic selection (GS) and genome-wide association study (GWAS). As new platforms are developed, data from different must be combined. However, the potential use of combined GS GWAS has not yet clarified. In this study, accuracy prediction (GP) detection power increased most fruit quality traits apples when using systems, Illumina Infinium single-nucleotide polymorphism array by random amplicon sequencing-direct (GRAS-Di) systems. addition, GP model, which considered inbreeding effect, further improved seven traits. Runs homozygosity (ROH) islands overlapped with significantly associated regions detected several Breeders may exploited these to select promising breeders, increasing homozygosity. These results suggest that combining genotypic benefits apples. Information on could beneficial improving apples; however, analysis is required elucidate relationship between depression (e.g. decreased vigor).

The apples are prone to CO2 damage during storage and the economic interest of fruit growers. Irrigation nitrogen application can affect quality capacity fruit. study was conducted evaluate effect five irrigation levels (W0, 0; W1, 40–55% θf, where θf is field water capacity; W2, 55–70% θf; W3, 70–85% W4, 85–100% θf) four applications (N0, N1, 200 kg N hm–2; N2, 400 N3, 600 hm–2) on eating quality, physiological changes, phenolic acid content, pulp microstructure "Hanfu" damaged by stress storage. Our results indicated that mild deficit (70–85% medium (400 were recommended better resist injury.
