Due to climate, resource endowment, planting habits, policy publicity, subsidies, and constraints, there have been many problems in the utilization of straw resources cold, main grain-producing areas northern China. Based on theory value perception, an analytical framework was constructed, ordered logistic model used form empirical analysis questionnaire data more than 60 townships 7 cities Heilongjiang Province, trying analyze existing resources. The results show that external factors include subsidy, punishment, transportation convenience. Among internal reasons, farmers’ personal characteristics, production perception technical effectiveness convenience a significant impact application technology. Therefore, improving intensity precision strengthening popularization technology, ideological education farmers clarify ecological utilization, construction infrastructure improve are effective means promote technology green transformation agriculture.

Abstract Straw resource utilization serves as a crucial pathway for efficiently recycling agricultural waste, and fostering farmers' willingness to sustain such practices is vital promoting the coordinated advancement of green transformation ecological economy. Building upon Technology Acceptance Model integrated with social support theory, this study draws on micro-level survey data from 426 farmers in Xinjiang, China, employs Structural Equation Modeling alongside Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory method systematically uncover mechanisms by which shapes farmers’ continue straw utilization. The findings are follows: (1) instrumental support, emotional information perceived usefulness all exert significant direct effects utilization; (2) key mediating variable between willingness, while ease use jointly form chain-mediating mechanism through affect (3) central linking factor connecting use, utilization, exerting strongest influence among variables; (4) dimensions demonstrates highest causal strength overall system core driving force shaping significantly stronger impact than or support. These results provide theoretical basis formulating policies that promote long-term efficient resources.

Improving the utilization of spent mushroom substrate and enhancing digestibility straw-based feed are critical for promoting environmental sustainability. However, effects replacing sawdust with straw in cultivation Pleurotus ostreatus—including changes physicochemical properties, enzyme activities, microbial community structure function—remain unclear. In this study, corn was used as P. ostreatus cultivation. Dynamic during fermentation process were investigated through analyses biological growth characteristics, amplicon sequencing. The results indicated a significant increase yield, M80% treatment group achieving yield 156.09 ± 7.15 g. nutritional value fermented markedly improved; after 50 days fermentation, crude protein (CP) ether extract (EE) contents increased by 5.42% 0.79%, respectively, while acid detergent fiber (ADF) neutral (NDF) decreased 18.5% 22.3%, compared to day 0. Activities cellulase, xylanase, laccase also elevated, contributing more effective lignocellulose degradation. Furthermore, Illumina sequencing revealed shifts bacterial fungal metabolic pathways. dominated Ascomycota Basidiomycota, prevailing genus, mainly composed antagonistic genera such Bacillus Bacteroides. These findings provide theoretical basis understanding role interactions improving quality increasing yield.

Previously, we constructed engineered M. circinelloides strains that can not only utilize cellulose, but also increase the yield of γ-linolenic acid (GLA). In present study, an in-depth analysis lipid accumulation by using corn straw was to be explored. When a two-stage temperature control strategy adopted with adding 1.5% cellulase and 15% inoculum, led increases in (up 1.56 g per 100 dry medium) GLA 274 mg 1.8- 2.3-fold, respectively, compared strain. This study proved strains, especially for Mc-C2PD6, possess advantages produce GLA. work provided reference transformation from agricultural cellulosic waste functional one step, which might play positive role promoting sustainable development biological industry.

Although variations in microbial communities and residue components have been detected during the decomposition of monospecific mixed plant soils, little is known about response specific taxa to different types their interactions with other microorganisms.
