The impact of fertilization and irrigation on heavy metal accumulation in saline–alkali soil its underlying mechanisms are critical issues given the constraints that salinization places agricultural development crop quality. This study addressed these by investigating effects adjusting organic fertilizer types, proportions, volumes physicochemical properties lightly to moderately soils analyzing interaction between microorganisms metals. results indicate rational application fertilizers combined with supplemental can mitigate salinity water deficits, reduce pH, thereby enhancing oxidation, promoting nitrogen transformation increasing nitrate–nitrogen levels. As proportion increased, residues, enrichment, risk indices grains also increased. Compared no irrigation, 22 mm during grain-filling stage increased surface Cd content, Zn potential ecological index (HRI) 10.2%, 3.1%, 8%, respectively, while simultaneously reducing content 12–13.5% decreasing enrichment. Principal component analysis revealed primary factors influencing Cu residues grains. Soil was significantly negatively correlated matter, total nitrogen, ammonium whereas oxidation–reduction potential, soluble microbial biomass were positively correlated. more closely compared those Cd.
