Heterosis, or hybrid vigor, represents a pivotal phenomenon in cotton (Gossypium spp.) breeding, enabling substantial advancements yield, stress tolerance, and fiber quality. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms of this are still largely unexplored. To address issue, we performed RNA-seq meta-analysis using P-value combination approach to identify key signaling pathways associated with heterosis root bud tissues parental lines. This study aimed to analyze the effects of salt stress on growth physiology and plant-cell ultrastructure Isatis indigotica Fort. (I. indigotica) evaluate its adaptability under stress. The different concentrations (NaCl; 0, 25, 300 mmol·L−1) agronomic traits, activities related enzymes, ion balance, mesophyll-cell I. were studied in a controlled pot experiment. Leaf senescence is a developmental process allowing nutrient remobilization to sink organs. Previously cysteine proteases have been found be highly expressed during leaf in different plant species. Using biochemical and immunoblotting approaches, we characterized of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. var. ‘GemCraft’) leaves collected from 0 6 weeks after the onset flowering.
